Goods are missing, damaged, defective. How it goes on?

Dear Customer, Please check your delivery for completeness and defects immediately upon receipt. Please report any defective / defective or missing goods immediately so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please fill out the return form carefully and enclose it with an invoice copy of the return. The only way we are able to process your complaint quickly and to your satisfaction.

My delivery is defective (goods are missing / damaged)

Contact our service on WhatsApp Hotline  +49 (0) 152 513 850 51 and send us a few pictures of the damaged / defective goods. Our staff will be happy to help you. In the event of a justified complaint (defect, goods damaged), we will send you a return slip for free return shipping by email or post. Please always enclose the completed return form and a copy of the invoice with a return. Please do not send us freight collect consignments. We will not accept these and reject them at your expense. Please note that consumables (e.g. opened liquids) are excluded from exchange. Please send the original box with the goods in an additional packaging to avoid damage.

The box with my goods was damaged

Attention! Transport damage must be reported to the deliverer immediately. If the damage is only visible after unpacking, it must be reported to your post office within 7 working days (including Saturday) from the day after delivery. The goods must be delivered including packaging so that an inspection can take place. The damage settlement is then carried out via the Bitoti online shop.

Refund is made as paid

Please note in advance that pre-calculated vouchers can be deducted from returns.
