Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must us (Bitoti, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Ring 174, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Email: service@bitoti.shop, Tel: +49 (0) 69 17 50 69 75, WhatsApp:+49 (0) 152 513 850 51) by means of a clear statement (e.g. A letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

 

2. No refund

In folgenden Fällen können wir leider keine Rücknahmen anbieten:

  • For damaged items (with the exception of transport damage)

  • If the original packaging is not available
  • When accessories are missing
  • With electronic software licenses (ESD)
  • With food
  • With opened articles of the following product groups:
    • Consumables (toner, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
    • Hygiene items (headphones, toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
    • Child seats
    • Broken seal software
    • Books, DVDs
    • Items used for the preparation or storage of food (mixers, pans, Tupperware, etc.)

 

3. Refund Value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund in the form of a voucher:

  • The item is in its unopened, undamaged original packaging
  • Clothing and shoes: Reimbursement of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met: No signs of wear, labels on the item of clothing and original packaging present

Discount depending on the condition of the goods:

  • The article was opened or used
  • Individual examination
  • Item with damaged packaging

 

4. Return costs

The postage costs for returning articles are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by us:  

  • Upon receipt of a defective item
  • When receiving an item other than the one ordered
  • In the event of incorrect information in the online shop
  • When receiving an item that has not been ordered
  • When receiving an item that has not been ordered

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

  • The right of cancellation does not exist for the following contracts:
  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods for reasons of health protection
    or hygiene are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
